In honor of International Women’s Day and this year’s theme of Breaking the Bias, we want to take a moment to recognize our Vice President of Marketing Natasha Drake, who has been with our company for over 12 years. Having joined in 2009, Natasha started as a Marketing Coordinator and worked her way up the corporate ladder. Throughout her time at Solutions Advisors Group, she has been known to wear many hats, having been in roles like Account Manager, Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing.

In her free time, Natasha participates in a number of different activities such as hanging out with her husband and children, dancing, skiing, riding her motorcycle and volunteering at her local church.

When asked how she finds success in such a competitive field, Drake said, “If you are going to do something, do it to the best of your ability. There is no point in doing anything unless you give it your all.” When also asked what advice she would give to women in a male-dominated industry, she stated, “It’s all about being confident and true to yourself. If you focus on what you want, you will get what you desire.”
