We did it again. For the second year in a row, Solvere Living has been certified as a Great Place to Work by the Great Place to Work Institute, an independent research and consulting firm. They measure more than 60 elements of our team members’ experiences on the job, including feeling respected, doing something special, making a difference and being proud to tell others where they work.
The Great Place to Work survey results reveal that employee satisfaction has increased to over 90% in the last two years.
