The Villages of Windcrest Sales Office Open
A new state-of-the-art senior living community is under construction and slated to open in Fredericksburg, Texas, during November of 2018. The $21,000,000 million Villages of Windcrest is located at 702 W. Windcrest Street and will provide 60 assisted living apartments and 24 private memory care suites.
Managed by Solvere Living, the 73,000 square-foot, multi-story community will feature a broad array of amenities, services and programs. Among the many attributes are Wi-Fi throughout, three restaurants, theater, fitness center, salon, spa, library and business center. Windcrest will also provide Solvere’s proprietary wellness philosophies Salus™ and Valeo™. Salus (Latin for “well-being”) is a holistic approach that focuses on each resident’s potential to achieve his or her personal goals through engagement and connection. Valeo (Latin for “to thrive”) focuses specifically on wellness initiatives for those with memory impairments and incorporates components that examine residents’ social, intellectual, spiritual and physical well-being.
“We are very excited about coming to Fredericksburg to manage the exceptional Villages of Windcrest,” said Kristin Kutac Ward, President and CEO of Solvere Living. “We look forward to providing residents with an environment of inspiring classes, programs and events, a vibrant engaging quality of life and the best in care. At the heart of our services are the Salus and Valeo programs, which are designed for successful aging by touching every aspect of residents’ lives and keeping them feeling engaged, honored and fulfilled.”
The Windcrest sales office is open on-site from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, with inquiries welcome and deposits being taken. Contacts are General Manager Valoree Ham and Director of Community Relations Daryl Ann Torrico at 830-856-2450.
