Solvere Living, a national operator of senior living communities, is the new management company for Peregrine Landings at Holcomb Bridge Road in Norcross. Renamed The Landings at Norcross, the community offers supportive services to seniors including restaurant style dining with chef-prepared meals, around-the-clock health care monitoring, help with medications, and a full schedule of activities and entertainment programs.
Located in historic Norcross, Georgia, The Landings at Norcross is easily accessible from major highways and only 20 miles from downtown Atlanta.
“The Landings at Norcross is a charming small, family-oriented community with a great tradition of service, and Solvere Living is proud to add this community to our portfolio,” said Kristin Ward, President and Chief Executive of Solvere Living. Based in St. Petersburg, Florida, Solvere Living operates senior communities in eight states in the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, Texas and Oklahoma.
Solvere Living will bring its signature wellness and engagement programs to The Landings at Norcross. These include Create and Compose, Travel Time and Legacy Kit, which respect the passions and experience of individual residents and develop programming around their hobbies and interests. Another signature program, Creature Comforts, emphasizes the physical, social and emotional benefits of interacting with dogs, cats, fish, birds or other animals. Not only is The Landings at Norcross pet friendly, the community also features several community pets for the enjoyment of residents and visitors.
The signature program Valeo™, Latin for “to thrive,” is designed for residents with dementia and Alzheimer’s and centers on holistic care to promote a life of purpose and meaning through engagement, socialization and physical and mental stimulation.
In addition to on-site entertainment and activities, residents can enjoy transportation to area cultural programs and social events as well as to shopping and medical services. The Landing’s expansive grounds offer secure, enclosed courtyards and outdoor gazebo with opportunities for gardening.
“Our focus is to partner with families, residents and team members to create an environment of engagement, community and collaboration,” said Ward. “Our ultimate goal is to provide a supportive environment where residents can live a fulfilling and inspired life.”
