Rich has a diverse operations, marketing, and sales background with over 20 years’ experience in senior housing. He has held positions in sales and marketing at the community, regional and corporate level. Prior to his time at Solvere Living, he was a Regional Sales and Marketing Director where he oversaw sales and marketing efforts in a portfolio of new and existing communities in the southeast. He also led the corporate sales and marketing efforts at two providers in the northeast prior to his relocation to Florida. He is responsible for the leadership, strategic direction and new initiatives of the business’s marketing and sales departments. In addition, he is responsible for community branding, and increasing revenue and occupancy growth; ensuring all remain consistent with the company’s vision.
Rich is a well-rounded leader with a unique perspective. His understanding of operations, sales and marketing has allowed him to problem solve and create value through data analysis and developing winning teams. Rich is well known as a strategic, hard worker who maximizes productivity.

When not at work, Rich enjoys spending time with his wife Lindsay and son Ryan. He can be seen coaching his son’s various sports teams or with his family out on the water fishing or at the beach. He and his family are all animal lovers as evidenced by their old english bulldog Mascara, painted slider turtle Shelly and parrot named Coco.
