As Executive Vice President for Solvere, Jack is responsible for leading efforts to grow the Solvere operating platform strategically to balance third party management, equity earn-in opportunities and acquisition opportunities. In his role, Jack will lead the effort to identify and fully vet potential acquisitions of senior housing properties, uncover, negotiate and close strategic equity and debt partnerships and assemble a Solvere board of directors as well as participate in the executive and leadership teams for Solutions Advisors Group.
An experienced and respected executive in the senior housing industry, Jack served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Chief Operating Officer at Benchmark Assisted Living from 2000 to 2010, leading growth of that company from a start up to 44 communities in 7 states. Under his leadership, Benchmark’s sales and operating team was known to be among the most innovative, effective and successful in the industry. In 2010 Jack founded his own senior housing consulting firm focused on working with owners and investors to diagnosis and correct underperforming assets. In 2014 he became Senior Vice President of Senior Housing Real Estate for WMD Asset before landing at Solvere Living.

When Jack is not working he is spending time with his wife of 32 years and their three sons; ages 20, 25 and 27. His favorite hobbies are golfing, exercising, cigars, reading US history, traveling as a family, serving at his church and following the New England Patriots. Some of his most recent tips include; Ireland and Italy along with an annual winter journey to the Virgin Islands. He and his wife started dating in high school and have lived in the Boston area all off their lives.
