Michele joined Solutions Advisors in 2019 and brings more than 25 years of Human Resources experience in the senior living industry.  Prior to joining our team, she served as a strategic HR leader for Brookdale Senior Living and Home Health Services.

With a passion for inspiring others to realize their full potential, Michele leads our people operations strategies for talent acquisitions & management, employee relations, organizational culture, team engagement and change management.

She has a B.S. in Business Administration and Organizational Management, as well as an M.B.A in Human Resource Management and is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as a senior Human Resource professional (SHRM-SCP).  As a member of the executive leadership team, Michele acts as a strategic business partner, oversees the company leadership development programs, is certified as a strengths & leadership coach.

When not working, Michele is happiest during quality time with family.  She has a love for the outdoors, including relaxing by the ocean, hiking in the mountains, kayaking and biking.  Her hobbies are traveling, cooking, gardening and photography.
