Theresa has over 14 years of experience in senior living. Having been a caregiver to several seniors in her personal life, she was able to bring an especially empathetic perspective to her work. In addition to Activities Director, she has had a number of roles in communities including Resident Services Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing. She was also an expert advisor with A Place for Mom. Theresa focused her passion for advocacy by being a board member and committee chair for several years with Better Living for Seniors. She now brings all of those skills and talents together in her work with Solvere/Solutions Advisors.

Theresa spends most of her free time in the kitchen. A lifelong passion that began with her grandmother as a child, she finds cooking cathartic and a way to show love. She utilizes her talents by volunteering with Lasagna Love making and delivering lasagnas to needy families. Travel is a must and she’s been building her own food tours around the country since 2004. She is an auntie to a number of cats and dogs as well as three humans. Edgar is her rescue kitten and owner that fills her days with cuddles and mischief.
